Return and Exchange Policy

At Rheirpoints Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We'll help you process the exchange as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
