Returns & Exchanges

At Rheirpoints Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange process.


Return Window

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:


  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must not be damaged or altered
  • Proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Limited drop items
  • Final sale items
  • Worn or washed clothing


Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange the item if inventory is available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
